Product Short Description                                                                            

KALICHAKRA-L is a highly effective contact fungal insecticide, which controls and prevents a wide range of insects and pests like white grub, termites etc. 

Mode of action: The spores/mycelia of Metarhizium when comes in contact with the insect body and colonize the host body thereby killing it. Destruxins produced by the fungus eventually weakens and kills the insect. Complete colony gets killed once a single insect is infected.

Method of Application/Dosage 

Soil Application                                                                                                           

Mix 2.5 L of KALICHAKRA-L per ha. in 100 - 200 Kg of well decomposed FYM / compost / Vermicompost or soil of the field and broadcast in the field at time of field preparation / sowing. Give light irrigation after the application. Repeat the application after 40 - 45 days from sowing / first application ensuring its reach in the effective root zone.
